Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that plays. Find Game Pass Ultimate and choose Manage > Turn off recurring billing. You keep playing until the paid period ends; installed games stop launching after that. Save games stay in the cloud, so resubscribing later restores progress.
