How to cancel EA Play
Cancel where you bought it: EA's own site under Account > Subscriptions, or the Xbox, PlayStation or Steam store. EA Play bought through Game Pass Ultimate ends with that subscription — there is nothing separate to cancel. Access runs to the end of the paid period. Games in the vault stop launching when it ends; your saves stay.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from EA Play. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
