How to cancel Discord Nitro
Open Discord > User Settings > Subscriptions (or Billing). Choose Cancel and confirm. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store you bought them from. Server Boosts are billed separately from Nitro — cancel those individually or they keep charging.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Discord Nitro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
