How to cancel GeForce Now
Sign in at nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now and open your account > Manage membership. Choose Cancel membership. Membership runs to the end of the paid month. Your games belong to Steam or Epic, not to GeForce Now, so nothing is lost by leaving.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from GeForce Now. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
