How to cancel Roblox Premium
On the web: roblox.com > Settings > Billing > Cancel Renewal. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store. Robux already granted stay in the account. This one is often on a child's account but a parent's card — check which account is actually subscribed.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Roblox Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
