How to cancel Zoho Books
Sign in at books.zoho.com and open Settings > Subscription. Choose Cancel subscription or downgrade. Zoho One bundles Books with dozens of apps — if you hold that, cancel it there instead. Data export is available before the term ends; take it.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Zoho Books. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
