How to cancel Intuit QuickBooks

Sign in at quickbooks.intuit.com and open Settings (gear) > Account and settings > Billing & subscription. Choose Cancel subscription. Your data stays readable for a limited period after cancellation — export reports and the company file before that window closes. Payroll and payments are separate subscriptions on the same page.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from Intuit QuickBooks. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
