How to cancel Xero
Sign in at xero.com and open the organisation > Settings > Subscription and billing. Choose Cancel subscription. Each organisation is billed separately — cancelling one does not touch another. Export your reports and data before the access period ends.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Xero. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
