Who you are dealing with

TotalSubs is operated by TotalSubs by S.N.. Using the site or the app means you accept these terms.

What TotalSubs is

A place to record the subscriptions you pay for, see one monthly and annual total, get reminded before a renewal, and read the steps to cancel a service when you want to.

What TotalSubs is not

• We do not cancel anything for you. We show you the steps and link to the service’s own cancellation page. Completing the cancellation is always something you do, on their site, in your account. Anyone claiming a tracker can cancel on your behalf is overstating what is possible.
• We cannot stop a UPI AutoPay mandate. Those live inside the UPI app that created them and can only be cancelled there.
• We are not your bank. No account linking, no payment initiation, no money movement other than what you pay us for TotalSubs itself.
• We are not financial advice. Suggestions about what to cancel or downgrade are calculations from the numbers you entered. You decide.

Prices we show are editable defaults

Where we pre-fill a price for a well-known service, that figure is a starting point, not a statement about your plan. Plans differ, prices change, and regional pricing varies. Every one of those figures is editable and your correction is what we keep. Your totals are only as accurate as what you put in.

Reminders

Renewal reminders are a courtesy. They depend on the dates you entered and on email and browser notifications actually being delivered, neither of which we control end to end. They are not a regulatory notice and are not a substitute for the pre-debit notification your bank sends before charging a mandate. Missing a reminder does not make us responsible for a renewal you did not want.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• One person per account. Don’t share credentials.
• Anonymous sessions keep data on the device you created them on. Clearing site data loses it. Add an email to keep it.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans and limits

The free tier limits how many new subscriptions you can add. It never hides, deletes or stops counting subscriptions you have already added — if you drop from Pro to free, everything you tracked stays visible and stays in your total. A wrong total would be worse than no total.

Partner offers

Some links in the Deals section earn us a commission. Those are always labelled, never appear beside your totals, and never affect what the product recommends: a recommendation to cancel something earns us nothing, and it is still the first thing we suggest when the numbers support it. We do not accept payment for ranking.

Cancel guides and service information

Cancellation steps, prices and menu labels are checked and updated regularly, but the companies involved change them without telling us. If a guide is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. We are not responsible for what a third party charges you or how they handle your cancellation.

Availability

We aim to keep TotalSubs running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. If we discontinue something you rely on, we will give notice in the app and let you export your data first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to TotalSubs is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for subscription charges levied by third parties, for renewals you did not intend, or for decisions made from figures you entered.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; it is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts to compromise it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered address on our contact page have jurisdiction.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. The date at the top is the last substantive revision.
