How to cancel YouTube Music Premium
Open youtube.com/paid_memberships in a browser. Choose Manage, then Deactivate. Apple-billed memberships have to be cancelled in Apple's Subscriptions. Music Premium is included in YouTube Premium — if you pay for both, one of them is waste.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from YouTube Music Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
