On iPhone: Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Apple Music > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Apple Music app > menu > Account > Manage Subscription. On a Mac: Music app > Account > Manage Subscription. It is billed by Apple, so this is the only route that stops the charge.
