How to cancel X Premium

Sign in at x.com and open Settings > Premium > Manage subscription. Choose Cancel subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in that app store — and note the app store price is higher than the web price. Features run to the end of the paid month.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from X Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
