How to cancel Snapchat+
Open Snapchat > profile > Snapchat+ > Manage. Cancel there, or in Apple Subscriptions or Google Play — the app store is the usual billing route. Features run to the end of the paid month. The annual plan is much cheaper per month than the monthly one.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Snapchat+. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
