How to cancel Substack Newsletter
Open the newsletter's page, or substack.com/settings. Under Subscriptions, pick the publication and choose Manage, then Cancel. Each publication is a separate charge — cancelling one does not touch the others. You keep the free tier of that newsletter afterwards.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Substack Newsletter. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
