How to cancel Reddit Premium
Sign in at reddit.com and open Settings > Premium, or cancel in the app store you bought it from. App store purchases must be cancelled there. Premium runs to the end of the paid month. Coins and awards are separate purchases from the subscription.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Reddit Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
