How to cancel Netlify Pro
Sign in at app.netlify.com and open Team settings > Billing. Choose Change plan > Starter to drop back to the free tier. Bandwidth and build minutes already consumed are still billed. Sites keep running on the free tier within its limits.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Netlify Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
