How to cancel Docker Pro

Free · no accountUpdated 20 August 2026

Sign in at hub.docker.com and open your account > Billing. Choose Cancel subscription or downgrade to Personal. Organisation plans are cancelled from the organisation's billing page. Images stay; pull-rate limits and private repository limits come back.

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in at hub.docker.com and open your account > Billing.
  2. 2Choose Cancel subscription or downgrade to Personal.
  3. 3Organisation plans are cancelled from the organisation's billing page.
  4. 4Images stay; pull-rate limits and private repository limits come back.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from Docker Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.

How to subscribe to Docker Pro

For when you want it back — or want to start on the right plan this time.

  1. 1Create an account at hub.docker.com.
  2. 2Open Billing and choose Pro, Team or Business.
  3. 3Pro is per user per month; annual is cheaper.
  4. 4The free Personal plan is enough unless you are hitting pull-rate limits or need private repositories.

And the rest of them?

Docker Pro was one. Most people are paying for between eight and twelve things and can name four. TotalSubs puts them on one screen with one number, and warns you before the next one renews.
