How to cancel Backblaze B2
Sign in at backblaze.com and open My Settings. For Computer Backup, cancel the licence under Account. For B2, delete the buckets — storage is billed by what is stored. Deleting the account does not delete data you have already been billed for this cycle. Download anything you need first; restores after cancellation are not free.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Backblaze B2. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
