How to cancel Cloudflare Pro
Sign in at dash.cloudflare.com and pick the domain that is on Pro. Open the domain's plan settings and choose Change plan > Free. Plans are per domain, so check every domain in the account, not just the one you remembered. DNS keeps working on the free plan.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Cloudflare Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
