How to cancel Amazon Music Unlimited
Open Amazon > Accounts & Lists > Memberships & Subscriptions. Find Amazon Music Unlimited and choose Cancel subscription. If you subscribed through an Echo device or an app store, cancel through that route. Access runs to the end of the paid month.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Amazon Music Unlimited. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
