Sign in at zoom.us and open Admin > Account Management > Billing. Under Current Plans, choose Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal; the plan stays active until the term ends. Zoom also has a Cancel at the end of term option — take it rather than cancelling instantly if you have already paid.
