How to cancel ZEE5
Sign in at zee5.com and open My Subscriptions from the profile menu. Choose Cancel or turn off auto-renew. If the payment came from the iOS or Android app, cancel in that app store instead. Access runs to the end of the paid period.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from ZEE5. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
