How to cancel Webflow

Free · no accountUpdated 20 August 2026

Sign in at webflow.com and open the site's Settings > Plans, and separately Workspace settings > Billing. Cancel the site plan and the workspace plan — they are two different charges and cancelling one leaves the other running. A cancelled site plan reverts to the webflow.io domain. Export the code before the term ends if you want to keep the build.

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in at webflow.com and open the site's Settings > Plans, and separately Workspace settings > Billing.
  2. 2Cancel the site plan and the workspace plan — they are two different charges and cancelling one leaves the other running.
  3. 3A cancelled site plan reverts to the webflow.io domain.
  4. 4Export the code before the term ends if you want to keep the build.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from Webflow. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.

How to subscribe to Webflow

For when you want it back — or want to start on the right plan this time.

  1. 1Create a project at webflow.com.
  2. 2A site plan is what lets you publish to your own domain; a workspace plan is what lets others edit.
  3. 3Ecommerce plans are a third, separate charge.
  4. 4Annual billing is cheaper on all of them.

And the rest of them?

Webflow was one. Most people are paying for between eight and twelve things and can name four. TotalSubs puts them on one screen with one number, and warns you before the next one renews.
