How to cancel Vercel Pro

Free · no accountUpdated 20 August 2026

Open vercel.com/account/plans, or the team's Settings > Billing. Choose Downgrade to Hobby. Usage above the Hobby limits is charged for the month you have already used, so downgrade early in a cycle rather than late. Projects and domains stay; only limits and team features change.

What Vercel Pro costs

A month

$20

A year

$240

3 years

$720

A typical published price, not a quote — plans and regions vary, and the figure that matters is the one on your own statement. The longer figures are that price multiplied out, with no price rise assumed.

Step by step

  1. 1Open vercel.com/account/plans, or the team's Settings > Billing.
  2. 2Choose Downgrade to Hobby.
  3. 3Usage above the Hobby limits is charged for the month you have already used, so downgrade early in a cycle rather than late.
  4. 4Projects and domains stay; only limits and team features change.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from Vercel Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.

How to subscribe to Vercel Pro

For when you want it back — or want to start on the right plan this time.

  1. 1Sign in at vercel.com and open the team > Settings > Billing.
  2. 2Choose Pro. It is billed per member per month.
  3. 3Hobby is free and forbids commercial use — that clause, not the limits, is usually what forces the upgrade.
  4. 4Set a spend limit at the same time so a traffic spike cannot surprise you.

And the rest of them?

Vercel Pro was one. Most people are paying for between eight and twelve things and can name four. TotalSubs puts them on one screen with one number, and warns you before the next one renews.
