How to cancel Udemy Business
Sign in at udemy.com and open Account settings > Subscriptions. Choose Cancel subscription. Courses you bought outright are yours forever and are unaffected. Personal Plan and Business plans are different products — check which you hold.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Udemy Business. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
