How to cancel Byju's Learning App

Byju's is generally sold as a fixed-term course, often through a sales agent, rather than a self-serve subscription. Contact support through the app or the number on your invoice to cancel or stop an EMI. If you are paying by EMI through a lender, cancelling the course and stopping the loan are two separate actions. Keep every confirmation in writing.

Then the charge is not coming from Byju's Learning App. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
