How to cancel Strava Subscription
Sign in at strava.com and open Settings > My Account > Subscription. Choose Cancel subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in that app store. Your activity history stays; only the paid analysis features stop.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Strava Subscription. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
