How to cancel Spotify Premium
Open spotify.com/account in a browser — you cannot cancel inside the app. Choose Manage your plan, then Cancel Premium. Work through the offers until you see the confirmation date. Premium runs until that date, then the account drops to free rather than closing.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Spotify Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
