How to cancel Slack Pro
Open the workspace in a browser and go to Settings & administration > Billing. Choose Downgrade to Free, or Cancel, and confirm. Only a workspace owner or billing admin sees this — if you cannot, you are not the person being charged. Slack bills per active member, so removing dormant members lowers the bill without cancelling.

Then the charge is not coming from Slack Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
