How to cancel Notion AI
Notion AI is an add-on on the workspace, not a separate account. Open Settings > Billing for that workspace and remove the Notion AI add-on. It is billed per member, so it costs the same whether one person uses it or everyone does. The add-on runs to the end of the paid term.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Notion AI. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
