How to cancel MyFitnessPal Premium
Open the app > Menu > Settings > Subscription, or sign in on myfitnesspal.com. Choose Cancel subscription. App store purchases are cancelled in that app store, and this is the most common billing route for it. Your logged history stays on the free tier.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from MyFitnessPal Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
