Sign in at mubi.com and open Account > Subscription. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. App store subscriptions are cancelled in the app store, not on the site. You keep watching until the paid period ends.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Mubi. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
