Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the account that pays. Find Microsoft 365 and choose Manage > Cancel subscription. If you bought it in the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead. You keep the apps until the term ends; after that OneDrive storage drops back to 5GB, so move files out first.

Cancelled and still charged?

Then the charge is not coming from Microsoft 365 Personal. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
