How to cancel LastPass Premium
Sign in at lastpass.com and open Account Settings > Manage Subscription. Turn off automatic renewal or cancel. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store. Export your vault before the term ends — the free tier is more limited than it used to be.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from LastPass Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
