How to cancel Instacart+
Sign in at instacart.com and open Account > Instacart+. Choose Cancel membership. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store. Benefits run to the end of the paid term; annual plans may be refunded pro-rata.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Instacart+. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
