How to cancel BigBasket BB Star

Open the BigBasket app > Account > BB Star > Manage. Turn off auto-renew or cancel. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store. Benefits run to the end of the paid term.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from BigBasket BB Star. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
