How to cancel Google Workspace Business Starter
Sign in at admin.google.com with the super admin account. Open Billing > Subscriptions > Google Workspace > Cancel subscription. Cancel deletes the mailboxes at the end of the term — export mail with Google Takeout before that date. You may also need to release the domain if you plan to use it elsewhere.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Google Workspace Business Starter. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
