How to cancel Google One 100GB
Open one.google.com and choose Settings, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Select Google One > Cancel subscription. If you bought it on an iPhone, cancel in Apple's Subscriptions. When the term ends you keep the files but cannot add more until you are back under 15GB — clear space before the date, not after.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Google One 100GB. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
