How to cancel Envato Elements
Sign in at elements.envato.com and open Account settings > Subscription. Choose Cancel subscription. Licences for assets you already downloaded stay valid for projects you completed — but you cannot start new ones after cancelling. Register your downloads before the term ends so the licence record survives.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Envato Elements. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
