How to cancel Duolingo Super
Cancel where you bought it: Apple Subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, or duolingo.com > Settings > Super Duolingo. The app store route is by far the most common. Your streak and progress stay on the free tier. Family Plan covers up to six people and is cheaper than two individual plans.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Duolingo Super. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
