How to cancel Dropbox Plus
Sign in at dropbox.com and open your avatar > Settings > Plan. Choose Cancel plan and work through the confirmation. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store. At the end of the term the account drops to 2GB — if you are over that, files stop syncing, so move them first.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Dropbox Plus. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
