How to cancel ClickUp Unlimited

Sign in at clickup.com and open Settings > Billing. Choose Cancel plan or downgrade to Free Forever. Only the workspace owner or an admin sees Billing. The plan runs to the end of the paid term.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from ClickUp Unlimited. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
- Apple (iPhone, iPad or Mac)Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. Or on a Mac: App Store > your name > Account Settings.

- 3Pricing is per member per month; annual is around a third cheaper.
- 4Guests are cheaper than members — use them for clients who only need to look.
