How to cancel Canva Pro

Sign in at canva.com and open Settings > Billing & plans. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. App store purchases are cancelled in that app store. Designs stay, but Pro assets in them become watermarked — export what you need first.

Then the charge is not coming from Canva Pro. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
