How to cancel Asana Premium
Sign in at asana.com and open Admin console > Billing. Choose Cancel plan or downgrade. Only a billing owner can do this. Seats are the price driver — deactivating members you no longer work with cuts the bill immediately at renewal.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Asana Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
