How to cancel Affinity Cloud
Sign in at affinity.serif.com and open your account's subscription settings. Cancel the renewal there. The Affinity apps themselves have historically been sold as a one-off licence — if you bought that, there is nothing recurring to cancel. Check which of the two you actually hold before hunting for a cancel button.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Affinity Cloud. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
