How to cancel Trello Premium
Open trello.com and go to your Workspace > Settings > Billing. Choose Cancel subscription or downgrade to Free. Billing is per workspace and per member, so removing unused members lowers the bill. The plan runs to the end of the paid term.
Step by step
- 1Open trello.com and go to your Workspace > Settings > Billing.
- 2Choose Cancel subscription or downgrade to Free.
- 3Billing is per workspace and per member, so removing unused members lowers the bill.
- 4The plan runs to the end of the paid term.
Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Trello Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
- Apple (iPhone, iPad or Mac)Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. Or on a Mac: App Store > your name > Account Settings.
- Google Play (Android)Play Store > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- AmazonAmazon > Accounts & Lists > Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Microsoftaccount.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions.
- PayPalPayPal > Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments.

And the rest of them?
Trello Premium was one. Most people are paying for between eight and twelve things and can name four. TotalSubs puts them on one screen with one number, and warns you before the next one renews.
