How to cancel Runway ML

Sign in at runwayml.com and open Settings > Plans & Billing. Choose Cancel plan. Credits do not carry past the end of the term. Download your generated videos before the plan lapses.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Runway ML. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
- Apple (iPhone, iPad or Mac)Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. Or on a Mac: App Store > your name > Account Settings.
