How to cancel Monday.com
Sign in at monday.com and open Administration > Billing. Choose Cancel plan. monday.com sells seats in blocks — you pay for the block, not the people in it, so check the seat count before renewing. The plan runs to the end of the paid term.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Monday.com. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
