How to cancel JioCinema
Open the app or jiocinema.com and go to your profile > Subscriptions. Choose your plan and turn off auto-renew. If it arrived bundled with a Jio mobile or fibre plan, it ends with that plan and there is no separate cancellation. App store purchases must be cancelled in the app store.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from JioCinema. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
