Bought inside the iPhone or Android app: cancel in that app store instead — JioHotstar cannot stop an app store charge. Then the charge is not coming from JioHotstar. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
